Supervised Visitation allows parents in high conflict or high risk situations access to their child(ren) in a monitored and safe environment. The visiting parent has access to the child only when supervised by a neutral third person. Supervised Visitation is also used to protect children from potentially dangerous situations while allowing parental access and providing support for the parent/child relationship.
An Intake interview is scheduled where each parent and monitor will meet and discuss the case in detail, go over all completed paperwork, fees, guidelines, and make an upcoming visitation schedule for the parents, following the court orders.
Intake interviews are conducted with BOTH parents separately and should take 25-35 minutes to complete.
A cash payment is paid to the monitor at the beginning of each visit. The monitor will supply a receipt for all services provided.
A written record of each contact and visit including the time, date, location, all parent-child contact, mood of the parent/child(ren), and each activity performed. Observations of child and visiting parent’s physical and mental state. Any reminders of the guidelines from the monitor to the non-custodial parent (redirects), whether or not the visit was terminated and details of the termination. How the visitation ends and dropoff/pickup details by both parents must also be documented.
Typically, the monitor will meet the custodial parent and child(ren) at a designated location before the visitation begins. The monitor and child(ren) will then meet the visiting parent at a different designated location. Ten minutes prior to the visitation ending, the monitor will let the visiting parent know it is time to start wrapping up the visit. Once the visit is completed, the monitor will dropoff the child(ren) to the custodial parent.

A divorce is never a first choice or a desired end and it is the children who are caught in the middle. Kuduwi Enterprises knows the importance of protecting children’s innocence while continuing to provide for their development. When families break up parents need to learn how to help their child adjust to the changes in their lives.
Kuduwi Enterprises helps improve the quality of the parental relationship by reducing conflict and to impress on parents their critical role in helping their child adjust through Co-Parenting.
Our primary goal is to provide the supervision of court ordered parent-child visitation, as well as assisting in the reintroduction of a parent into a child’s life. There are many situations in family law cases, or other cases affecting the parent-child relationship, when the need arises for a neutral third party to supervise visitation between a parent, or another party, and a child or children. Reasons for referral include sexual, physical, and emotional abuse of a child, parent alienation syndrome, domestic violence, kidnapping, drugs, and alcohol abuse by a parent and mental illness of a parent.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
